Little Accident

Just about the time I should have been brushing my teeth for bed, my husband called me outside to look at the lightning. I stepped out to our newly sealed steps and patio. It was awesome. He said come over here, you can see more. Next thing I know my feet have gone out from under me. I slid down all three concrete steps from my lower back, ending by hitting the back of my head. I know I screamed. I know the pain was immediate. I was scared to move. I am now sitting with ice on my foot, lower back, neck and head. I am afraid of tomorrow. The bumps and bruises do not scare me. I do not think anything is broken. What scares me is pulled muscles. The fear that when I wake up, I will not be able to get out of bed. Happy Tuesday to me!!! More to come tomorrow.

Ouch! Hope you're feeling okay today. If not, you know what would probably help you feel better? An e-reader.
