I Am Still Reading

I finished my book club read last week. It is, Hungry For Happiness. The Page Turners meets on Wednesday and we will have a great discussion. I have mixed feelings about the book. The longer I read it the more I enjoyed it. I will write about Wednesday after the meeting.
I am now reading (and close to be done) with Little Bee by Chris Cleave. This is a book my Millhouse mailed to me from Arizona. She did not love it but I said I wanted to read it. I love this book. It is intense. A few times I felt like I needed to put it down and take a few deep breaths. It can be upsetting to read the terrible things some people live with. I think it says so much for an author to be able to make a person feel such strong emotions. I will be finished with it tomorrow.
Tonight I am preparing for another few days away from work. Dedicating myself to work. Have to do that once in awhile. Whether I like it or not. The middle of the week will be fantastic with our Page Turners Meeting.
