Happy Valentine's Day

I have never been into Valentine's Day.  I do not have any great Valentine's Day memories.  My favorite Valentine's were made by my kids when they were little.  I saved a few.  I always loved to make Valentine boxes.  I think I always started with a kleenex box.  I bet my box looked the same every year!  I helped The Kid the last couple of years with his box.  That is hilarious.  His Mom is an artist and he wanted me to help with his Valentine Box.  That must be my art niche.  Not much call for Valentine boxes year round.  That is a good thing!  Really, crafts are not my thing. 
I love cards.  I like to buy cards.  I always have a stack of cards for all occasions.  My favorite cards are no occasion cards.  A card that says, I love you or I'm thinking of you.  That's right I am one of those people that do not think we need to be told by flower shops and Hallmark that it is time to tell those people close to us that we love them. 
I like to think those close to me know every single day that I love them.  Unfortunately for me, I gave birth to children that are not touchers.  If they were touchers, I would be hugging all the time.  I certainly hope the little ones do not lose their cuddle sides as they grow up.  I do not think The Kid will.   Tink is too much like her Mom.  My sweet Coco, she is a love.  She hugs, she kisses, sometimes she even licks.  Trust me, it is sweet when she does it! 
I hope you all had a nice Valentine's Day.  If you have high expectations, I hope you were not let down.  I hope you know everyday that you are loved.  Thanks to everyone that is in my life.  I know you are here for a reason.  Happy being loved everyday!
