I Read This Too Fast And It Was Good

Yesterday Old Lady was off work.  Easy Rider and I went to Barnes.  We did not know that Old Lady wanted to go.  Found out she did want to go.  Promised we could go next week.  It does not take begging to get me to go to Barnes on lunch.
The reason I went to Barnes was I decided I needed The Pioneer Woman book immediately.  I do not read her blog religiously.  It is really too busy for me.  So much going on.  Cooking, schooling, photography, and the blog itself.  Once in awhile I spend a few minutes reading the blog part.  I was intrigued with how a city girl ended up with a cowboy.  It seems it was an emergency.  Easy Rider and I both bought the book.  It is a large book.  We made the decision to read it together.
I COULD not put this book down.  Before I went to bed last night I only had a few chapters left.  I did some reading this morning too.  I was afraid Easy Rider would not believed I had almost finished the book.  Not a problem.  She did finish it.  When I got home from work tonight I read the last chapter.  I really enjoyed this book.  It is an amazing love story.  Wish I had a Marlboro Man in my life.  What a romantic guy.  Reads like fiction.  Probably because it is hard to believe guys like him exist.  I do not think it was a good book for Easy Rider to read.  She is sooo young.  I hope she does not believe there are really guys like Marlboro Man around here.  Maybe she should move to Oklahoma.  I really do know someone that met a cowboy and moved to Oklahoma.
I enjoyed the book.  There were times it made me a bit sad.  I would like to have a horse.  I would like to write a book.  I would like to have a super popular blog.  Never mind, The Pioneer Woman is super annoying.  Old Lady already reminded us that we do not know what Pioneer Woman's life is really like.  She probably has some bad stuff we do not know about it.  I doubt it.  You can't make that perfect life up!
I am going to give the book a rating of 4.  Even though it will probably make The Pioneer Woman a best selling author along with everything else great in her life.  It is a nice, sweet story.  Nice change from all the sad stuff I usually read.

I'm not afraid to shout it from the roof tops: I LOVE Pioneer Woman. If there was a Pioneer Woman trivia quiz I have no doubts that I would ace it. Haven't read this book yet (although I read all the posts she put on the blog), but I own and love her cookbook. I think Easy Rider should hook up with Cowboy Josh. If PW goes through with her "The Ranchelor" idea I'm totally nominating her (mostly as a way to earn a ticket to The Ranch for the wedding. Can you imagine the spread Ree would put out for that shindig? It would be bigger than the Thanksgiving Showdown with Bobby Flay).

Add all of this to my admission of reading and enjoying Harry Potter & Twilight and I now fear any respect Old Lady had for me is gone forever.

I heart Pioneer Woman too! I can't wait to win a Photography challenge or a kitchen aid stand mixer. I like where your head is at with this whole cowboy Josh thing Mrs. A wedding on the ranch would be amazeballs!

Mrs. - If there is a contest for a cowboy, we need to get Easy Rider in it. She wears cowboy boots.
OL - We could ready Moby Dick through the blog. Set up a reading schedule. Anyone out there want to tackle Moby Dick?
