Let's Explore Diabetes With Owls by David Sedaris

Have you ever read David Sedaris?  He is not for everyone.  I think people will really love his writing or be disturbed by it.  I laugh out loud!
Newsday says:  "No one is funnier or more wistfully absurd than Sedaris."
That is so true.  He takes something that happened and spins it into a ridiculous, based on truth, tall tale.
Juliana Barbassa, Associated Press says:  "Sedaris is still the funniest guy around, hilarious enough to make you want to call your friends, book in hand, and read pieces out loud."  Last night I wanted to read the book to someone so badly.  Unfortunately, Hubby would not have understood the humor.  I needed to have Arizona by my side so I could read it to here.
I like this review:  "Sedaris's anecdotes play off his sublime talent for turning the absurdly neurotic into the hilariously funny."  GQ     He is obsessive and admits, embraces that.
I enjoy the way he writes the short essays.  He is a unique read.  If you like sarcasm, with a bit of bitter thrown in, read some David Sedaris.  Quick, easy read.  It will make you laugh or disgust you.
I rate his book a 4.  I needed a light, hilarious book.  This was it.
