The kids loved the fountain and wanted to put coins in for a wish. I did not give them coins for the fountain. We already gave plenty of coins to the resort!
The kids were able to swim every night. Tink started out cautious and clinging to me. This child is so competitive. The first night I had her swimming alone. (Swimmies on.) She likes to do things HERSELF. She was great. Even Coco was brave enough to jump off a step and swim to me. It was great. What was not great - The Kid can almost beat me in a race.
This is the shore outside our hotel. The kids were looking for "Perfect" rocks to take home.
We took a ride on the resort yacht. (For a fee!) It was very interesting and the houses were amazing. This is a Frank Lloyd Wright home. We saw two on the trip.
The Kid was thrilled with the boat ride. Extra thrilled with the history lesson that came with the ride. He is not relaxing in this picture. He is listening to the Captain's voice over the speakers. I looked at houses. He looked at land formations, layers of rock, blah, blah, blah. I can tell you that Green Lake is the deepest inland lake in Wisconsin.
This is the friend I went to visit. Our Dad's were close friends. We had not seen each other since 1976. Neither of us had changed a bit!
One night we went out to dinner. Coco was exhausted. She fell asleep while stuffing her little face with bread sticks. Seriously, she was chewing and fell asleep! Look at that face!!!
Here are two little girls who kept me from getting restful sleep for 3 nights. Tonight could be 4.
The weather was cool. The sun did not shine. We could only swim inside. It was still a wonderful trip. The resort was gorgeous. The company was wonderful. The children were sooooo good. I might do it again. It might be without children the next time.
What I learned: A trip without a husband means, loading the car alone, carrying luggage up to the room, down from the room, and putting all the luggage back in the car. It was not fun!

Thanks SOOOO much for taking them. What a great Grammy! The kids immediately started talking about the swimming and the boat.
But then...
Tink said: I lobe you Mom.
Me: I lobe you too.
Tink: We don't need to leabe our house again.
Thanks again, mom!!
We appreciate everything.
