Unfortunately, Tink loved it too. So we had to work on "sharing." The girls were happy to take turns. The downside to this system was, I could never remember whose turn it was. Tink could. She was honest too. Unfortunately, as time went on, the thrill of sitting in the green chair wore Tink down. She started saying it was her turn, every time.
I came up with this great idea. Whoever sat on the chair, put a magnet up for their name. The other magnet went under the seat of the chair. As soon as the girls came in, they would run to the chair and flip the magnets. Even with my genius system, there were battles.
I do not like to listen to arguing. I thought I would just find another chair and have Warhol paint it. I found a few on line. Unfortunately, Vintage is in. The prices were a bit more than I wanted to pay. I took the problem to my "Think Tank." That means I was talking about it at work. Stormy did some googling and located a modern version of the chair. Problem, there was not a green one. In addition, the new chair has steps. I told the girls that the steps help little girls climb up on the chair. Whoever is the smallest, gets the yellow chair. With that explanation, Tink was happy to say it is Coco's. (We will see what happens when Coco is bigger than Tink.)
Now I have two happy girls! Until Tink wants steps, or Coco wants the green chair. The good news is I do not need booster chairs anymore. The stools are great. The girls can turn them around and use the counter as a bar. They can talk to me while I am in the kitchen. Tonight they painted at the counter. I am new to this sister thing. I did not realize the competition would be so fierce. Now they want exactly the same thing the other one has. Not fun.
I might as well talk about Coco's outfit. She showed up with her nightgown on, sweat pants, and rain boots, no socks. She just wears the pants and boots for the ride. As soon as she gets in the house, they all come off. She is fun!! The are such unique little girls.
Another positive to the step stool. Uncle put most of it together by himself yesterday.

My daughters are gifted liars.
You were right not to trust them.
