Dear Santa:

I am having issues with Fed Ex.  I think it would be easier to have Santa in a sled pulled by reindeer land on my roof than get this one package from Fed Ex.  I am closed on Monday.  I came in yesterday because I knew UPS was going to deliver a package.  I did not want to miss it.  It also gave me time to get some things done.  I left the shop a few minutes before noon.  I had to go to the bank and take Coco to school.  I came back here about 12:20 and left again.
This morning I come in and find a note from Fed Ex.  I missed a delivery.  They left a door tag.  No details except the date 12/26.  Really?  That is when you are going to deliver a package I missed on 12/17.  I checked on-line.  Package was sent to a town about 40 minutes away today.  I made a call to see if I had to go there to pick it up.  They told me two attempts to deliver had already been made.  I asked when the first one was.  She said Saturday.  I said if he would have door tagged me on Saturday, I would have known to wait for a package yesterday.  She said they are always to door tag when they try to deliver.  Well you know what, they didn't.
Now I wait while they try to figure out what is going on with the package.  The package I obviously need for Christmas.  I am doing 99.5% of my shopping on-line.  I need to count on deliveries.  Fed Ex you are losing to UPS.
I have a Tracking #, a Door Tag #, now I have been given a Case #.  Awesome.  You know what I want?  My PACKAGE.
Fa la la la la..................

**Update** - The package arrived.  It was not my usual Fed Ex person.  It was a very frazzled lady.  She said she had been stuck a couple of times today.  She was in the country.  Had to wait on tow truck.  Sounded like more than once.  I felt sorry for her.  I really don't want to feel sorry for Fed Ex.  I want to feel like they have it all under control.  If this lady was stuck on an island with a volleyball, it would not go well.
The important thing is I have my package.  I am down to two more packages.  Looks good for an internet Christmas at my house.  Little shop local and I will be done.  This is Christmas Light.  I am trying not to spend a fortune.  No income is one reason.  The other is there is not one person in my family that really "Needs" anything.  We really have more than we need.  Hope everyone is happy!
