Welcome To The Club Little One

As soon as I got home from work today, I picked up my two older grandchildren and took them to the library. Tink was very excited. She took her huge backpack that is as big as her. The Kid was not as amused. He thought we were doing alone time at the library. I will admit it. I might have created a monster with him.
Our library system is, we start downstairs for me. I picked three audio books. All were new releases. I am very excited. I have been bored in the car. While I am checking out my books, the kids head upstairs. The librarian was helping Tink. She wanted Princess books. She found four. One was Princess and A Pea, Princess and The Frog, a Princess book about manners, and one I cannot remember the title of. Tink was set within 5 minutes. She climbed in the reading house. The Kid likes to browse the stacks. He waits for something to call to him. He picked one book on South Dakota, one on Mt. Rushmore, The Swiss Family Robinson, did not see the last book. Our entire library trip took under 20 minutes. Get in, get out. Everyone was happy!
We came home for a family dinner.
While The Kid browsed on the net for a new van for his family, Tink showed me how she can still walk better than her sister. Little Coco must have gotten tired of competing with her siblings. She needed some quiet time. She grabbed a book and found a quiet little spot to do some reading. Coco is one smart baby. She knows how to win Grammy time. Looks like she is about ready to join us on our library trips. It is so great to see my passion for books passed on to the next generation. Along with my good looks!
