Good Day

I had a good day today. I made it through the day without putting one bit of chocolate or sweet in my mouth. That is an accomplishment. I would really like to conquer this weight problem. I want this to be the time. So one day at a time. Days like today, one minute at a time. Now that it is behind me, I feel so good about myself.
I had four Christmas for Kids to shop for. That was stressful. I wanted everything to be just right. I do not want them to be disappointed. I thought I was done shopping on Monday. Last night I started organizing and felt like I need a few more things. Tonight I got together with a friend and we wrapped everything. That is done?
Since I have been involved in Impact Dwight, my eyes have opened wider to helping those in need. I have a friend that will remind me with, If we don't do it, who will. Today, The Kid, used his Redbird Bucks to buy a beautiful stocking for me to give to one of the Christmas kids. Makes everything I am doing more important. He is learning by seeing.
On my lunch today, I did most of my Christmas cards. I am multi-tasking like crazy. Tomorrow night I will work on my Christmas tree. Stress if over. Everything I do now will be pure joy. I will just enjoy the season.
I finished an audio book this week. Mrs. Miracle by Debbie MaComber. This was the second story about Mrs. Miracle. It was a sweet Christmas story. I will give it a 3.

For those of you that are still counting, Millhouse, the count is: 13

I thought for sure based on the title of this post you were going to tell your readers how excited you were that both One Carbon Hill and Munchkinland featured new posts on the same day. All your good tidings make me feel really bad about that assumption.
