Sick Day

Today I woke up with a stomach "thing."  I committed a major crime at work and called out sick.  I slept late.  Took a nap after I got up.  Recliners really are important in a home for that reason alone.  I sent a few e-mails because planning a big BBQ contest takes so many e-mails.  I received an e-mail from someone that had a saying at the bottom of his e-mail.  I do not always take time to read those.  I did today.  It felt like I was hit in the face with advice I need.

Unless you try to do something beyond what you have already mastered,
you will never grow.
Ralph Waldo Emerson

Most of the time, that would not have hit me in the face.  Today, I am seriously thinking about how to make my coffee shop happen.  I am always impressed when people start their own business.  That includes you Coach!  I think they have some secret knowledge that make them believe their business would work.  The more I think about opening a business, I think the number one thing a person needs is courage and faith that what they think is a good idea will really work.  Down to my bones, I think our village needs a coffee shop.  I think I need some, Faith, Trust, and Pixie Dust.
I should search for some positive energy for the mind not for the house!  Maybe I should take another nap!  Why are so many things in life so difficult?

Why are things so difficult? I can't seem to make friends with anyone in my own age bracket, maybe I could work in your coffee shop and meet some nice young men? Keep it in mind :)

I thought I would have trouble finding people to work in my coffee shop. You have been the second person to say they want to work in it. Could be easier than I imagined.

The message above was really me. Tru Stories logged into my computer to do some BBQ Contest work. How shocking for Tru Stories to comment two times!

Oddly, I read nearly the entire comment before I started to wonder if I had actually written it.

Of course you may Munchkin. I want to be "green." I love coffee and the Earth.
