Twenty-two days of work at my big company. Looking forward to the day I will be working at my little shop.
Stopped by Tru Stories last night. She was having a driveway gab fest with her neighbors. The Street Sweeper asked me how we count our time left at work. I said it was by how many password resets we have left. Today I did my last password reset. Felt good. Went out with my favorite password. Yes, I have a favorite password. We have so many passwords for so many different things, I need one that I can always remember.
On Wednesday we have what is called a "stand-up" meeting. It is exactly what it sounds like. Managers come around to small groups of us and go over information they want us to know. I dislike stand-ups. Tomorrow is a "real" meeting not a stand-up. Dislike those even more. They last longer and it is usually about hearing what we have done wrong this time. I should be able to face the meeting with a smile on my face. Five more meetings. Twenty-two days. Done!!!
Now I have something unusual to do, read. Have not been into a book in a long time. This one is great. I'll review it soon.
