Tonight after work I went to watch The Kid play basketball. Basketball is my favorite sport. Loved watching Hubby play, loved watching my son play, now I get to watch The Kid play. Making me very, very happy! Every game he gets better.
I cannot figure out how to get good pictures with my camera inside a school gymnasium. Never works.
So far defense is his game. He likes to block shots. He can jump. I think he might figure this game out. He has his Popop and Uncle's long, long arms. Great for basketball. Not great for wearing long sleeve shirts.
He is so cute! Girls love basketball players. I still love that he reads. Basketball is good too.
Popop and I were in charge of the kids after the game. TS had Yoga. Coach had to coach. We had two cars at the game. I went straight from work. Girls and I were in the car waiting for the basketball player to come out. He came over to my car. Gave me his McDonald's order and then.......................road home with Popop. What?!??!! Yes!!! Never does he pick Popop over me. I should say, never before. Today he did. So is this it. Is this when he turns into a boy that does not want to be with his Grammy. Sigh! The highs and lows of my Tuesday. Sigh! Again.
